This hotfix build corrects a few issues with the intial 2.13 release.

Differences between 2.13.41.0 and 2.13.42.0 include but are not limited to:
Ships

   The ‘Kraken’ Indiaman deed is now tradable.
   The ‘Adventure’ Frigate deed is no longer tradable.

The Open Sea

   Open Sea battles are limited to a maximum of 10 players per side.
